Tuition Policies and Fees:
 
Tuition is due in advanced of the first lesson of each month. Tuition is the same for 3, 4, or 5 week months.
 
A NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee  is due before your child can be enrolled in a class.

1 Dancer - $65.00
2 Dancers - $120.00
3 or more - $130.00

After September 1st Registrations Fees increase to $75.00, $130.00, and $140.00.

Tuition is calculated by cost of semester, not by the number of weekly lessons per month. There are NO refunds, credits, or transfers. 
 

 DRESS CODE:
(Dress Code will be strictly enforced.)
 
 
* Pre-School - age 4: Black leotard, pink footed tights, pink leather ballet shoes with elastic sewn across the instep, black tap shoes, dance skirts are allowed.
 
* Ages 5 - Up: Black leotard or solid color, pink tights, pink ballet shoes with elastic sewn across the instep, black tap shoes, and tan jazz shoes.
 
* Advanced: Solid color leotards, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, pink pointe shoes, tan jazz shoes, and black tap shoes.
 
* Hip-Hop Class: Shorts, tank tops, booty shorts and tennis shoes.
 
* Dancer's hair MUST be pulled back off of their face and neck. (ponytail or bun)
 
*NO satin slippers.
 
 RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 
* Attendance - Please make a special effort to see that your student attends every scheduled meeting of her class in order that the class shall progress as expected and place a minimum on repetition.
 
* NO Food or Drinks in the dance studio area.
 
* NO parents or visitors in the studio during actual teaching time.
 
* Parents are to bring their children to class and pick them up on time. We do not have sitters.
 
* DO NOT send your child to class in a leotard and socks. They MUST have on tights!
 
* Tie ballet strings in knots and cut them off.
 
* Use elastic "tap-ties" in tap shoes for ages 2 1/2 - 6 years.
 
* Names should be in all shoes and bags.
 
WITHDRAWALS:
 
Any student wishing to withdraw from classes must give a 30 DAY NOTICE in writing, in person by parent or guardian, or by email. Phone calls will not be accepted as a notice. You ARE responsible for payments until the studio receives a notification. 
 
Withdrawals are not accepted after January 1st with the exceptions of disability or relocation.

Once recital preparations are underway, we can no longer fill someone's place in the class. ALL remaining monthly tuition and costume balances will still accrue for any student that does not adhere to the withdrawal policy.

Tuition Schedule:
August 3rd - Registration Fees Due.

August 12th-15th - 1st Payment due 
(August & September)

September 9th-12th - 2nd Payment due
 (October & November)

October 14th-17th - Costume Deposits are Due.

November 11th-14th - 3rd Payment due
 (December & January)

December - NO payments will be Due.

January 13th-16th - 4th Payment due 
(February & March)

February 10th-13th - Costume Balances are Due.

March 9th-12th - 5th Payment due (April & May)

April 6th-9th - Production Fees are Due.

May - NO payments will be Due.

LATE FEES:
 
**There will be a $20.00 late fee applied the day after the 10th of the month.
 
**There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

(Dancers in more than 4 dances add $50.00 per dance. You may wish to pay ahead on your costumes.)
 
NOTICE: This is only a deposit. There will be a balance due.
 
Costume balances will be billed in January.
 
Production Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be due in March.
